Luke Cassidy

Luke Cassidy is a seasoned operations professional with extensive experience in safety and environmental health across various industries. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Operations at Tend.Harvest.Cultivate. since July 2024, Luke previously held multiple significant roles at Cresco Labs, including Senior Director of Operations for the East Coast Region and Facility Director. Prior experience includes consulting at Fresh Coast Risk Consulting and serving as HES/Regulatory Affairs Advisor at Tengizchevroil. Throughout a career spanning over two decades, Luke has also worked in safety management roles at Executive Construction Inc. and Gilbane Building Company, among others. Luke holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Technology with a focus on Occupational Safety and Health from Northern Illinois University.
