Chris Higgins

Chris Higgins has a diverse work experience with a strong background in compliance and regulatory roles. Currently, they are working as a Compliance Manager at Fluro since July 2022. Before that, they spent over a decade at Virgin Media, where they held various positions. From April 2020 to July 2022, they served as an FCA Compliance Manager, overseeing compliance activities. Prior to that, from March 2018 to April 2020, they worked as an FCA Regulatory Compliance Analyst, focusing on regulatory compliance. Chris also has experience as a Mobile Operations Assurance Support from March 2014 to March 2018. Their career at Virgin Media began as a Mobile Number Porting Technical Coordinator from June 2011 to March 2014.

Chris Higgins attended the University of Birmingham from 2004 to 2007, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Medieval and Modern History. Additionally, in 2023, they obtained certifications and associate membership from the International Compliance Association, including ICA Certified Practitioner and ICA Associate Membership.
