Julian Gardner

Julian Gardner is a prominent figure in the field of electronic engineering, currently serving as a Professor and Head of Electrical & Electronic Engineering at the University of Warwick since May 1998. As a co-founder and Technical Advisor at FLUSSO LIMITED and Sorex Sensors since August 2016, Julian has been instrumental in guiding these companies, with FLUSSO LIMITED being successfully sold in August 2022. Julian also holds the position of Technical Advisor at OW Smell Made Digital until December 2024. Previously, Julian was the co-founder and Chief Scientist at Cambridge CMOS Sensors Ltd, which was sold to AMS in June 2016. Julian Gardner earned a DSc in Electronic Engineering from the University of Warwick, a PhD in Physical Electronics from the University of Cambridge, and a BS in Physics from the University of Birmingham.
