Michael Spick

Michael Spick currently serves as the Head of Configuration, Change, and Release at Flutter International, a role held since March 2021, where responsibilities include leading teams in the governance and operations of change, configuration, and release procedures while providing strategic direction for best practices. Prior experience at Flutter International includes serving as Senior Manager of Technical Service Operations, where focus was on developing service desk and incident management teams and analyzing team metrics for service improvement. Before Flutter International, Michael Spick held the position of Manager of Technical Service Operations at PokerStars, overseeing incident processes and team performance. Additional roles include Team Lead and Production Support Analyst, along with System Administration at Genpak. Michael Spick earned an Advanced Diploma in Computer Engineering Technology from Humber College between 2008 and 2012.
