Alison Langleben

Alison Langleben is an experienced professional in the field of reward management and human resources, currently serving as Group Reward Director at Flutter Entertainment Plc since March 2016. Prior to this role, Alison held various positions at Betfair from June 2011 to February 2016, including Reward Director and Head of Reward. Alison's extensive career began at L'Oréal, where significant roles included Compensation & Benefits Director and HR Director for the Luxury Products Division from March 1998 to June 2011. Alison holds a BSc (Hons) in Psychology from the University of Bristol and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development.
