Ari Tandabany

Ari Tandabany holds a significant leadership role as the Head of People Technology at Flutter Entertainment Plc, previously serving as the Head of Global People Analytics & HR Technology, as well as General Manager for both People Analytics and Business Operations at DISH Network. Prior experience includes leadership positions at Telstra, where Ari managed program management for software engineering centers in India and operations in network and IT. Earlier roles at AAPT involved technical writing and engineering, while the career began at Spark New Zealand as a Broadband Technical Specialist. Ari's education includes a degree from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore focused on Creating High Performing Organizations and a Postgraduate Degree Diploma in Data Science and Business Analytics from Great Learning.
