Ashley Padgett is an accomplished compliance and risk management professional with extensive experience in the gambling industry. Currently serving as the Director of Compliance & AML for UK&I at Flutter Entertainment Plc since October 2020, Ashley previously held key positions at Sky Betting & Gaming, including Director of Compliance, Head of Regulatory Risk, Head of Internal Audit & Risk Management, and Internal Audit Manager. In addition, Ashley worked as an IT Internal Audit Manager at William Hill and as a Risk Consultant at Deloitte, where a focus on IT assurance and advisory services was emphasized. Ashley holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Leeds.
