Ciprian Pop, PMP, currently serves as the Lead for Group CRE Shared Services at Flutter Entertainment Plc, where responsibilities include developing and deploying the CRE Shared Services strategy to align with corporate objectives while enhancing service delivery and workplace experience. Previously, Ciprian held the position of Senior Manager-CRE Systems, overseeing information systems design and implementation. At Betfair Romania Development, as Workspace Manager, collaboration with stakeholders facilitated the implementation of workspace services according to business needs. Ciprian's prior experience at Genpact included roles as Physical Security & Compliance Manager for Europe & Latin America, and Facility Manager, where effective policies and management of essential services were prioritized. Early career experience includes administrative responsibilities at S.C Pritax Invest S.R.L. Ciprian holds a Master’s degree in Technological Entrepreneurship and a Bachelor’s degree in Economical Engineering from the Technical University of Cluj-Napoca.
