Colette O'Hea

Colette O'Hea, FCIPD, serves as the Global People Change Leader at Flutter Entertainment since May 2025. Prior to this role, Colette was the Director of the People Business Partner Team at Guidewire Software from October 2021 to May 2025, where strategic HR initiatives were developed to bolster business growth. Colette's experience includes serving as HR Director at Vodafone Business, focusing on digital sales across multiple countries, and HR Business Partner for EMEA at Oracle, where strategic support was provided to enhance business objectives. Additional roles include HR positions at Fenergo, Dell, Irish Distillers Pernod Ricard, University College Dublin, Auckland Council, and TVNZ.
