David Heskin

David Heskin is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in service and IT operations management within the gaming and entertainment sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Service Management at Flutter Entertainment Plc, David is responsible for leading Service teams to ensure operational excellence. Previous roles include Head of IT Operations at Flutter UK & I, where David was instrumental in implementing best practices for IT service management, and ITSM Manager at Paddy Power Betfair, focusing on technology support and continuous improvement. Throughout the career, David has held various positions, including Trading Assistant, Risk & Trading Operations Manager, and Specialist Support at Electronic Arts, establishing a strong foundation in technical support and operations. David holds a Master’s degree in Digital Innovation from UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Business Studies from the University of Limerick.
