Dean Powell is an experienced talent acquisition professional with a strong background in recruitment across retail and technology sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Talent Acquisition for Commercial and Technology at Flutter Entertainment Plc, Dean is responsible for developing and implementing talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent within the UK and Ireland markets, focusing on brands such as PaddyPower, Betfair, and Sky Betting & Gaming. Prior to this role, Dean held various positions at Paddy Power Betfair, including Senior Talent Acquisition Manager for UK & IRE Retail. Earlier experience includes significant roles at Retail Human Resources and a start in retail management at Puma. Dean holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sports Studies from the University of Bedfordshire.
