Emer Burke

Emer Burke (nee Brennan) is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in talent management and strategic partnering. Currently serving as Associate Talent Director and Chief of Staff to the Group Chief People Officer at Flutter Entertainment since April 2021, Emer previously held key roles at Paddy Power Betfair and Deloitte Ireland, where responsibilities included directing talent development and business partnering. Emer’s foundational experience in HR began at PricewaterhouseCoopers Ireland as an HR administrator. Educational qualifications include a Diploma in Executive and Leadership Coaching from The Coaching and Mentoring Partnership, a BA in HRM from the National College of Ireland, and a B. Soc.Sci. in Sociology from University College Dublin, among others.
