Emma Tuck

Emma Tuck is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in intellectual property and litigation. Currently serving as Lead Counsel for IP & Litigation (International) at Flutter Entertainment since May 2021, Emma has progressed from Senior Legal Counsel to this leadership role within the same organization. Prior to Flutter Entertainment, Emma held the position of Principal Associate at Shoosmiths and worked as a Senior Associate at Browne Jacobson LLP. Emma's early career included significant roles as a Solicitor on secondment at both Avon and AstraZeneca, and as an Associate Solicitor at Wragge & Co LLP after training there. Emma's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and French from the University of Birmingham, along with a PgDL and a Legal Practice Course from Nottingham Law School.
