Farhan Khan

Farhan Khan is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background in human resources and total rewards management across various industries. Currently serving as Rewards Partner at Flutter Entertainment Plc since September 2023, Farhan previously held roles including Senior HRBP & Total Rewards Lead at C2FO, and Regional Human Resources Manager at Flipkart, where responsibilities included managing HR teams and overseeing employee lifecycle processes. Farhan has also worked at Schneider Electric as Senior Human Resources Manager and has extensive experience from tenure at Wipro, Central Bank of India, and other organizations in positions ranging from HR Business Partner to Management Trainee. With an MBA in Human Resources Management from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies and a B.Com (Hons.) from Aligarh Muslim University, Farhan brings a strong educational foundation to the HR field.
