Fiona Gildea

Fiona Gildea, FCIS, currently serves as Deputy Company Secretary and Head of Governance at Flutter Entertainment Plc since November 2019. Gildea has extensive experience in corporate governance and regulatory compliance, with previous roles including Assistant Company Secretary at permanent tsb and Company Secretarial Manager at CRH, where responsibilities encompassed corporate governance for the CRH Group. Gildea has been active in the ICSA: The Governance Institute since October 2013, serving as a Council Member for the Irish Region and Chair of the Events Committee since April 2016. Early career experience includes a position as Chartered Secretary at Deloitte Ireland and an internship at CIE Tours International. Gildea holds a Master of Science in Management and Corporate Governance and has achieved Fellow status with The Chartered Governance Institute UK & Ireland.
