Hayley Oxley

Hayley Oxley is an experienced HR professional, currently serving as the Head of People Partnering at Flutter Entertainment Plc since April 2023. Prior to this role, Hayley held various positions at Sky Betting & Gaming, including Senior People Partner and People Experience Lead, where responsibilities included leading the People Experience team and developing tailored people experience roadmaps. Earlier experience includes roles as People Experience Manager and Learning and Development Manager at Sky Betting & Gaming, and roles focused on learning and development at Provident Financial Group and Hays, specializing in recruitment within the Accountancy and Finance sector. Hayley holds a BA Honours in English from Nottingham Trent University and an Emotional Intelligence accreditation.
