Helene Westergaard

Helene Westergaard is an experienced professional currently serving as the Head of Strategic Partnerships at Flutter Entertainment Plc since October 2022, after holding the position of Senior Manager, Group Strategic Projects. Prior to joining Flutter Entertainment, Helene worked as a Management Consultant at Bain & Company from January 2021 to October 2022. Helene also practiced law at Kromann Reumert from February 2015 to November 2020, specializing in M&A, Capital Markets, Corporate Law, and Private Equity, first as Advokat and earlier as Advokatfuldmægtig. Helene began studies at the University of Copenhagen before working as a Stipendiat and later as an External Lecturer in Company Law. Educational qualifications include a Graduate Certificate in Business Administration from Copenhagen Business School and a Master of Laws (LLM) from the University of Copenhagen, among other degrees.
