Imelda Duggan is a strategic and analytical HR leader currently serving as a Senior Global People Partner at Flutter Entertainment, where they focus on organisational transformation and leadership effectiveness across EMEA, Canada, and India. Previously, Imelda held roles at Ulster Bank, Barclays Bank, and Vodafone, where they managed HR functions and implemented several large-scale HR initiatives.
