James Smith is an accomplished finance and data analytics professional with a robust background in finance transformation and business intelligence. Currently, James serves as Finance Automation Lead and Finance Business Intelligence Senior Manager at Flutter Entertainment Plc, having joined the company in August 2020. As the Founder of SportsChord since March 2017, James combines a passion for sports with data visualization. Prior experience includes roles as Analytics Consultant and Head of Visual Analytics at Biztory, as well as various positions at EY, where James contributed significantly to Financial Accounting & Advisory Services, including leading training initiatives in data analytics. James began his career as a Forensic Technology Data Analyst at EY and has also worked as a Group Finance Accountant at Drax Group.
