Joe Lamstaes

Joe Lamstaes is an experienced HR Tech Leader currently serving as the Head of HR Systems at Flutter Entertainment Plc since August 2022, where responsibilities include leading a team of 20 to deliver a Global HR Tech Platform across multiple locations. Previously, Joe held roles at Sky Betting & Gaming, leading HR and Finance systems teams and owning the Workday Product Strategy roadmap. Joe's career includes significant experience with Workday, where roles encompassed system configuration, implementation of HR modules, and providing analytical support. Joe holds a BSc in Sport and Exercise Science from the University of Leeds.
