Justine Thompson

Justine Thompson is an ambitious and inspirational leader in Workforce Analytics, currently serving as the Director of People Analytics and Global Head of People Analytics at Flutter Entertainment Plc since January 2023. With extensive experience at Lloyds Banking Group from December 2008 to January 2023, Justine held the positions of Head of Strategic Workforce Planning and Workforce Analytics, as well as Workforce Analytics Leader. Justine has a proven track record in organizational improvement, developing and executing projects aligned with core business objectives, and leading high-performing teams to enhance customer service delivery. Prior to this, Justine held various roles at Heritage Cashmere UK Limited, including Executive Assistant and Operations Team Lead. Justine holds a Master of Arts in Design, Manufacture and Market Research from the University of the Arts London and a Bachelor of Arts in Textile Design and Predictive Trend Analysis from York St. John University.
