Karl Zerafa

Karl Zerafa has extensive experience in customer service and leadership within the gaming and hospitality sectors. Currently serving as Priority Customer Service Team Leader at Flutter Entertainment since October 2016, Karl has also held the position of Customer Service Team Leader for multiple brands including Betfair and PaddyPower. Prior to Flutter, Karl worked as a Recruitment Specialist at KONNEKT, and as a Customer Service Team Leader and Telephone Sales Representative at Northway Group. Earlier career roles include English Language Instructor in Japan, Property Consultant, Restaurant Operations Executive, and Hotel Operations Supervisor. Karl holds a Diploma in Management and Leadership from the Institute of Leadership and Management, alongside qualifications in customer service and TEFL.
