Kathryn Phillips

Kathryn Phillips is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various roles within the human resources field. Currently serving as Senior Benefits Operations Manager at Flutter Entertainment Plc since March 2024, Kathryn previously held the position of HR Projects and Operations Manager at Paddy Power Betfair from January 2016 to March 2024, and HR Business Partner at Betfair from July 2011 to January 2016, where support was provided to the Technology department. Earlier career highlights include serving as HR Administrator at Stewart Milne Group and undertaking a research project as a Researcher for the Aberdeenshire Council for Voluntary Organisations.
