Lisa Hogan is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in talent management and organizational performance. Currently serving as Chief People Officer for the UK&I and for PokerStars and Betfair International within the Flutter International division since January 2021, Lisa has held key HR leadership roles at Paddy Power Betfair, including Director of HR Business Partnering and HR Director for Group Corporate Functions. Prior to this, Lisa worked at Accenture as a Management Consultant in the Talent & Organisation service line and held consultancy roles in online recruitment with CANDIDATE MANAGER and NGA.NET. Lisa began a career in recruitment with WH Recruitment, focusing on placements in accounting and insurance sectors. Lisa earned a BA honors in Business & Economics from Trinity College Dublin.
