Mark Irwin serves as the Group Director of Finance at Flutter Entertainment Plc since May 2019, leading financial operations for a global leader in online sports betting and iGaming. Previously, Mark held multiple positions at Paddy Power Betfair from March 2010 to May 2019, including Group Director of Finance & Corporate Controller, and played a critical role during the merger of Paddy Power plc and Betfair plc. Mark’s early career includes significant roles at Depfa Bank as Director of Group Finance and positions at Ulster Bank and Merrill Lynch. Mark is an alumnus of INSEAD with an Advanced International Corporate Finance Programme, a Fellow Chartered Accountant from Chartered Accountants Ireland, and holds a Master's in Accounting from UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School.
