Mark Warrington

Mark Warrington is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in regulatory affairs and competition law. Currently serving as the Director of Legal and Regulatory Affairs at Flutter Entertainment Plc since February 2016, Warrington previously held a similar position at Paddy Power Betfair from March 2016 to March 2020. Before this, Warrington worked at Betfair as the Director of Regulatory Affairs, managing international legal issues and government affairs. Additionally, Warrington has held roles at Three Mobile Network, Clyde & Co LLP, Eversheds Sutherland, and the European Commission. Academic qualifications include a PhD in EU and Comparative Law and the distinction of Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Secretaries (FCIS).
