Matthew Barstow is an accomplished HR leader with extensive experience in employee relations and HR policy development across multinational organizations. Currently serving as the Global Employee Relations & HR Policy Lead at Flutter Entertainment, Matthew oversees global ER practices and ensures compliance with fair and supportive policies. Previously, Matthew held roles such as Group HR Specialist Services Lead at Flutter, Head of HR at MotorScrubber, and Head of People at Professional Security, where talent management and rapid organizational growth were key focus areas.
