Mike O'Brien has extensive experience in risk and compliance assurance, currently serving as the Head of Risk and Compliance Assurance at Flutter Entertainment Plc since July 2021 and at Flutter International since January 2022. Prior to these roles, Mike was the Head of Finance Systems & Reporting at The Stars Group from June 2014 to July 2021, and held positions including Systems Integration Manager at Zurich Insurance Company Ltd in early 2014 and IT Manager at Bernhard Schulte Shipmanagement (Isle of Man) Limited from 1997 to 2014. Mike's educational background includes attendance at Byrchall High School and Isle of Man College.
