Omar Bitar

Omar Bitar is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Senior HR Business Partner at Flutter Entertainment Plc since March 2016, Omar has a strong focus on recruitment and has demonstrated expertise in implementing HR systems, employee surveys, and performance appraisal processes. Previous positions include HR Manager at The Stars Group and Organizational Development Manager at BetClic Everest Group, where Omar contributed to the formulation of HR strategies and the identification of company values. Additionally, Omar has held roles as Acting Customer Service Director at Expekt.com and served as a university lecturer in organizational psychology and management at institutions such as the European Institute of Education and the University of Malta. Omar holds an MSc in Occupational Psychology from The University of Sheffield and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Malta.
