Parvathi Sriram is currently serving as the Talent Development & DE&I Leader at Flutter Entertainment Plc since August 2024, focusing on leading talent development and diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. Parvathi holds an MBA in HR from Delhi University, completed between January 1998 and January 2000.
