Rachael Smith is a seasoned software engineer and co-founder with extensive experience in backend development and platforms related to gaming and e-commerce. Currently serving as Co-Founder at All-Included.world since April 2024, Rachael also holds the position of Senior Backend Software Engineer at Flutter Entertainment Plc, focusing on the evolution of the Global Betting Platform. Prior roles include Backend Software Engineer at Flutter International, where involvement in the launch of the Pokerstars Sports betting platform took place, and Full Stack Developer at Moneysupermarket Group, contributing to the redevelopment of their core CMS platform. Rachael began a career at Auto Trader UK, progressing from Graduate Developer to Software Developer while working on B2B marketplace solutions.
