Rachel Henson

Rachel Henson is a seasoned professional in global mobility and people operations with extensive experience in both the corporate and consulting sectors. Currently, Rachel serves as the Head of Design and Experience for HR Operations and has held various leadership titles at Flutter Entertainment Plc since May 2019, including Head of International Experience and Senior Global Mobility Manager. Prior to this, Rachel successfully managed global mobility initiatives at Deliveroo, and gained considerable expertise at PwC, specializing in Global Mobility Tax consulting for major financial services corporations. Rachel also completed a secondment at Google and is an ACA-qualified professional with a degree in Physiological Sciences from the University of Oxford.
