Randy Leopold

Randy Leopold is a Senior Manager in Tax Accounting at Flutter Entertainment, a position held since 2025. Prior to this role, Randy worked at EY from 2019 to 2022, where responsibilities included managing teams for U.S. federal and state income tax returns and enhancing client relationships. Randy also served as a Senior in EY's Indirect Tax division, focusing on state and local income tax planning. Earlier in their career, Randy completed a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting and Marketing at the University of Cincinnati, where they also gained leadership experience as a Student Orientation Leader in 2010.
