Roxanna Homer

Roxanna Homer is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in management consulting and organizational transformation. Currently serving as Chief of Staff to the Group COO at Flutter Entertainment Plc since April 2021, Roxanna has held various leadership roles including Head of Change and Technology - Change Lead, focusing on enabling transformation through people and change. Prior to this, Roxanna worked as a Management Consultant at PwC from May 2019 to April 2021, and previously at EY and Arup from 2009 to 2019 and 2006 to 2009, respectively. Roxanna holds an MSc in Occupational Psychology from The University of Sheffield and a BSc in Psychology from Leeds Trinity University.
