Sally Keene

Sally Keene is a seasoned professional in talent and development with extensive experience in leading HR functions across various organizations. Currently serving as the Group Talent & Development Director at Flutter Entertainment Plc since December 2021, Sally is responsible for formulating and executing talent and development strategies across the company's global brands. Prior to this role, Sally held the position of Global Director of Learning & Development at PZ Cussons for a brief period, overseeing the learning and development strategies across multiple markets. Sally's previous experience at O2 (Telefónica UK) spanned over thirteen years, where key roles included Head of Organisational Capability and Head of Talent and Leadership Development, contributing significantly to talent management and employee engagement. Additional experience includes HR Business Partner roles at RSA, iSOFT, Aon, and PwC. Sally holds a BSc (Hons) in Geography from Lancaster University.
