Sarah Fairbairn is a seasoned professional in people experience management with extensive expertise in designing and implementing employee initiatives. Currently serving as Senior People Experience Manager at Flutter Entertainment Plc, Sarah leads a small team focused on enhancing the employee lifecycle for over 4,500 colleagues in the UK and Ireland. Prior to this role, Sarah spent nearly seven years at Sky Betting & Gaming, culminating as People Experience Lead, where Sarah was instrumental in driving company-wide initiatives to improve employee experience. Sarah's earlier career included roles in recruitment at Conex Europe Ltd and MECS Europe, specializing in IT and ERP recruitment. Sarah holds a BA HONS in International Business from the University of Plymouth.
