Shane O'Mahony is a Senior Quantitative Analyst working on Global Sports for the Global Trading Team at Flutter Entertainment plc since 2024. They hold a BSc in Mathematics and Physics and a PhD in theoretical condensed matter physics, having completed four years of postdoctoral research in quantum matter physics and two years as a physics lecturer at University College Cork.
