Simon Bernholt

Simon Bernholt serves as the Chief Regulatory & Legal Officer for Flutter Entertainment Plc in the UK and Ireland since February 2021. Previously, Simon was a Partner at Wiggin from February 2018 to January 2021 and held the position of UK Head of Legal at Playtech from October 2012 to February 2018. Simon's career also includes significant roles at Olswang as a Senior Associate, and short-term secondments at PayPal and eBay. Early career experiences include consultancy at Informed Sources and product management at Financial Times Commercial. Simon holds a GDL and LPC in Law from BPP Law School, a Master's degree in International Relations and Affairs from The London School of Economics, and a Bachelor's degree in Politics and Modern History from The University of Manchester.
