Steph Davis

Steph Davis is an experienced professional in human resources and people management, currently serving as a Sourcing Associate at Flutter Entertainment since September 2023, following a role as Associate People Partner. Prior to this, Steph worked as a People & Culture Advisor at Catapult and held positions at QBE Insurance as an HR Advisor and WEA - Adult Learning, Within Reach as an Assistant HR Business Partner. Additional experience includes serving as a People Advisor at BaxterStorey and a Human Resources Generalist with the Royal Air Force (RAF). Steph began the career journey at House of Fraser as a Sales Assistant, with educational background from Carmel College.
