Suraj Kumar Rout

Suraj Kumar Rout is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in human resource management and strategic partnership roles. Currently serving as a Senior HR Partner at Flutter Entertainment since July 2024, Suraj previously held the position of Sr. Business Partner Human Resource at In2IT Enterprise Business Services, where strategic guidance was provided to C-suite executives. Earlier roles include Senior Business Associate HR at Tech Mahindra and Associate Professional Human Resource at DXC Technology, where Suraj focused on workforce planning, talent management, and employee relations. Suraj began a career in HR at Prolifics as an Associate-HR, managing new joiner formalities, and holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, along with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from MNR Degree College.
