Tom Foster began their career at Accenture in 2014, working within the FS Consulting practice before advancing to roles that included Strategic Design Lead at Accenture Song and Innovation Design Lead at The Dock. Currently, Tom is the Head of Strategy for Global Sportsbook & Trading at Flutter Entertainment, where they utilize their expertise in strategic analysis and innovation design. Tom holds a Bachelor's degree in Business from Trinity College, Dublin, and has obtained certifications in Design Thinking and Project Management.
