Arnold Kwesiga

Arnold Kwesiga MBA is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategic partnerships and operations management across various sectors. Currently serving as the AVP Global Expansion Payments & Partnerships EA at Flutterwave since March 2022, Arnold has been instrumental in establishing and enhancing operations in the East Africa region. Previous roles include Country Lead and Senior Manager for Country Operations & Partnerships at Absa Bank Uganda, as well as Head of Card Acquiring at Barclays Bank Uganda. Arnold also held positions as Ecommerce Manager at Mitie and Retail Manager at ARAMARK, along with early career experience as a Graduate Trainee at Orient Bank Uganda. Arnold holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management from Makerere University and an MBA from the University of Sunderland.
