Ibukun Akinnawo

Ibukun Akinnawo, MBA, currently serves as Manager of Enterprise Sales Enablement at Flutterwave since August 2023. Previously, Ibukun led international expansion efforts at Smile Identity, conducting market research and establishing relationships with government stakeholders across multiple African countries. Experience includes consulting for EBANX on the African payments landscape, leading expansion initiatives at pawaPay, and optimizing product operations while at Paystack. Early career roles involved managing business operations at Kuda Bank and providing executive support as CEO of Independent Personal Assistant. Ibukun holds an MBA from IE Business School and a BA in Classical Music from the University of Lagos.
