Karim Noorali

Karim Noorali serves as the Senior Vice President of Risk Management at BILL and holds advisory roles at Flutterwave and a stealth startup, all starting in July 2023. Previously, Karim worked at Stax as the Chief Risk Officer, focusing on risk management and governance for growing revenue streams. Karim’s extensive experience at PayPal included positions such as Global Head of Seller Risk Strategy, where the emphasis was on fraud management and growth, and various leadership roles in risk management across the APAC and EMEA regions. Early career experiences include roles at Morgan Stanley Capital International and founding Hobbyimports.com, along with a background in technology solutions at Turbolinux. Karim holds a B.A. in Mathematics from the University of California, Berkeley.
