Kim Moore is the Founder and Managing Partner at U & I, where efforts focus on creating a new model for supporting and investing in private companies. In addition, Kim serves as an Investor and Advisor for multiple organizations, including Orchid Security, Protect AI, and Panther, all of which emphasize security and technology advancements. Kim's investment portfolio features notable companies such as Chronosphere, Drata, When Insurance, KarmaCheck, and Cleo, covering various sectors such as compliance automation, financial wellness, and support systems for working parents. Kim holds a Master’s degree in Risk and Prevention from Harvard Graduate School of Education, a Public Policy and International Affairs certification from Princeton University, and a B.A. in Social Science and Education from UC Irvine.
