Reni Odebiyi

Reni Odebiyi is the Global Head of Talent Management at Flutterwave. Reni has over three years of experience in recruitment and talent management. Prior to joining Flutterwave, they worked as a Talent Attraction Specialist at IFC and as a Recruitment Manager at Chemonics International. Reni is also the owner of Reniscents Candles.

Reni Odebiyi has a Master’s Degree in Organizational Management from The George Washington University, a French Language and Literature degree from Université Paris-Sorbonne, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in French Studies from the University of Maryland. Reni also has a certification from Columbia Business School Executive Education in Strategy and Leadership in the Future of Work, a certification from Wharton Executive Education in HR Management and Analytics: Unlock the Value of Human Capital, and certifications from LinkedIn in Finding and Retaining High Potentials and Talent Sourcing. Finally, they have a certification from AIRS, an ADP Company, as a Certified Internet Recruiter (SearchLab 13.0).
