Ilse Rubben

Ilse Rubben is currently the Head of Portfolio Management and Strategy Office at Fluvius, where they focus on maintaining a healthy and lean strategic portfolio management process. Prior to this, they served as Diensthoofd Bedrijfsarchitectuur at Fluvius, from 2018 to 2021, and held various roles in human resources and team management at companies such as GeDIS, Hudson, and Eandis. Ilse earned a HR Master Class from Vlerick Business School and a Master's degree in Roman Languages from Ghent University. Known for their emphasis on results, common sense, teamwork, and transparency, Ilse leads a motivated team of experts.
