Michael Casier

Michael Casier is an experienced professional in the energy sector, currently serving as the Business Unit Manager for Durable & Renewable Heat at Fluvius since September 2011. In this role, Michael leads a team focused on energy audits and the execution of sustainable renovation projects, while also managing the change initiatives within the ESCO business. Previous positions at Fluvius include Project Leader for Energy Transition, where Michael oversaw product development and project management related to climate change, and Senior Project Engineer, where management of a team of project and design engineers was pivotal. Michael holds an MBA from Vlerick Business School and has prior experience in consultancy and project engineering roles at Barco, Leiedal, and Daikin Europe NV, contributing to energy efficiency strategies and simulation tools for heat pumps.
