Pauline Ottoy

Pauline Ottoy is an expert in strategy and business development, currently serving in that role at Fluvius. They previously held the position of Program Manager for R&D focusing on circular systems at De Watergroep and worked as a Supervisor for the Distribution Grid at VREG from 2015 to 2021. Prior to these roles, Pauline gained experience as an Implementation & Contracting Manager and an Internal Consultant at Elia, and as an Associate Consultant at Bain & Company. They also completed a Master’s Degree in Business Engineering with a focus on Operations Management from Universiteit Gent, graduating Magna Cum Laude. In their academic work, they conducted an investigation into IT outsourcing in Belgium for their Master Thesis at Ghent University.
