Raf Bellers

Raf Bellers is currently the Chief Asset and Supply Chain Officer at Fluvius, having previously served as Chief Supply Chain Officer and Director of Asset Management and Supply Chain. They are a board member at EU DSO Entity and have extensive experience in wastewater management through board positions at VLARIO, SCAMELEON VZW, and InterRio. Raf has also held key managerial roles, including General Manager at Riobra and Manager Knowledge Center Sewers at Infrax. They earned a Master's degree in Engineering from KU Leuven and completed a Middle Management Programme at Vlerick Leuven-Gent Management School.
